DESCRIPTION
OLD RESERVE FRANSAC COGNAC is a particularly floral cognac, lively and complex. It owes its character to its aging in Limousin oak casks. This reserve cognac is the fruit of a blend of our eaux-de-vie from the finest of the cognac appellation, which are none other than Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois.

In love with the nature of Charente and passionate about cognac, Maison ROULLET FRANSAC has never stopped searching for the best blends of their eaux-de-vie of cognac. This quality XO, made from eaux-de-vie aged at least 6 years is the result of a long reflection of our Master Cellar.
Tasting
Recognizable by its beautiful golden color, the OLD RESERVE FRANSAC COGNAC is a long and powerful cognac on the nose with aromas of undergrowth, mushrooms, pepper spice and camphor giving it a strong note of cigar box as well as toasty notes. At the end of the mouth, pay attention to its light chocolate tip that makes it a little more tannic than some of our other eaux-de-vie such as the ANCESTRALE RESERVE. At ROULLET FRANSAC, we recommend that you use a tulip glass for a better appreciation of the aromatic palette of this cognac.
