DESCRIPTION
XO FRANSAC COGNAC is a lively and powerful cognac made from a unique blend of cognac eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which has a minimum of 10 years. This XO cognac takes advantage of the aromatic richness of our grape variety: the Ugni Blanc. Finely distilled in a Charente still, each eau-de-vie thus obtained is then aged in French oak barrels until our Cellar Master reveals its perfect maturity.
ORIGIN
The ROULLET FRANSAC cognacs will transport you beyond the slopes of the Fine Champagne where only the Ugni Blanc distils in the ambient air its fruity aromas with notes of citrus fruits. This grape also gives a white wine with vivacity very tonic but the aromatic intensity rather discreet. The name X.O. "Extra Old" means that cognac brings together a marriage of eaux-de-vie aged 10 years minimum.
Tasting
XO FRANSAC COGNAC is a lively and powerful eau-de-vie in the nose. Remarkable for its notes of vine flower, citrus and ginger, it is also slightly minty for a nice freshness in the mouth. Low in tannins, this cognac nevertheless revolves around aromas of light cinnamon wood. Easy to taste, discover, too, the passion of cognac and enter the very selective circle of great lovers of cognac FRANSAC.
