DESCRIPTION
The ROULLET FRANSAC House offers an assembly of great finesse. Our Extra Aging cognac comes from a beautiful and rich alliance between our best reserves from the "Fins Bois", "Bon Bois" and "Petite Champagne" vintages. After a double distillation in Charente still, the white wine from these vines, the Ugni Blanc, gave birth to eaux-de-vie of incredible richness. Each eau-de-vie was carefully selected several decades ago, before being revealed to you in its final blend. It is under the attentive and contemplative gaze of several generations that time has patiently accomplished its work in the heart of our fresh and humid cellars.
ORIGIN
Since its origins, the House ROULLET FRANSAC has chosen to raise and assemble its cognacs according to the same rituals and the same methods generation after generation. When we speak of an "Out of Age", this means that this cognac is born from a blend of high quality eaux-de-vie of an age often well above the XO. We sometimes talk about Extra Quality.
Tasting
Recognizable by its beautiful amber color and golden reflections, this exceptional cognac dressed in a carafe releases balanced and complex scents of dried fig, mushroom, tobacco, old leather and nuts. Un très beau cadeau
Moi même amateur de Cognac, je souhaitais offrir un cadeau qui sorte de l'ordinaire à mon père qui fêtait ses 70 ans, j'ai choisi cette carafe car j'avais déjà gouté le cognac qu'elle contient, en bouteille par-contre, quand il avait encore la dénomination "70 ans", je savais donc que je faisais le bon choix. Quand la carafe sera vide, je lui rechargerai avec le contenu d'une bouteille.
Un petit mot sur la livraison : emballage soigné, délais respectés, c'est un sans fautes !
